Business & Industry Major Group Webinar
We are also pleased to invite you to an upcoming webinar for the UN Business & Industry Major Group (co-chaired by IOE & USCIB) featuring guest speakers from UN DESA and ILO-New York Office. Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs)
We again encourage you to proactively reach out to your country UN Resident Coordinator to become a stakeholder in the preparation of voluntary national reviews. The following countries are presenting this year:
Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bhutan, Bolivia, Cabo Verde, Chad, China, Colombia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Germany, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Madagascar, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, Norway, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, San Marino, Sierra Leone, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay and Zimbabwe.

Commission on the Status of Women (CSW)
A 24 hour event organized by UN Global Compact to move the needle on gender equality featuring high-level speakers including IOE’s Maria Paz Anzorreguy, Director for ILO Coordination, and IOE Member, Jacqueline Mugo, Executive Director of the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE).

The event is convened in support of the Women Rise for All initiative of the UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina J. Mohammed and features speaker Rubana Huq, President, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association.
