ICJ Proceedings on the Right to Strike: Upcoming Briefing to Members

The IOE wishes to invite its Members to the upcoming briefing regarding the ongoing International Court of Justice (ICJ) advisory proceedings on the right to strike in the context of Convention 87

Following the deadline of 16 September 2024 for the second round of written submissions to the ICJ, IOE is organising the next briefing on 26 September 2024 from 13:00 to 14:00 CET to brief its global network on the ICJ advisory proceedings on the right to strike in the context of Convention 87. 

At this briefing, the IOE legal counsel, Michelle Butler, will present a summary of the key arguments addressed in the IOE second written comments, insights on the important legal issues for the Court to decide, as well as the next steps expected for the advisory proceeding.
