The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), in collaboration with the One Global Women Empowerment Initiative (OGWE), will host a digital event spotlighting effective measures to advance gender equality in the workplace.

The event's theme is A Call to Accelerate the Implementation of Good Practices on Gender Equality. It will take place on Wednesday 9 October 2024, from 13:30 to 15:30 (CET). 

This insightful event will showcase good practices and engage in insightful knowledge sharing on steps to strengthen efforts towards gender parity at work. Panelists will explore the work of the G20 on gender equality, how to effectively leverage women’s participation in business and entrepreneurship, and what steps are needed to advance female leadership in the labour market.

The event strives to ensure continuity in the gender equality advocacy work between B20 Presidencies through peer learning and collective action.
