Appel à l'approbation du Guide de l'employeur pour un recrutement équitable

L'OIE a préparé une publication intitulée "Guide de l'employeur pour un recrutement équitable" (en anglais).

The International Organisation of Employers (IOE) is pleased to submit for electronic endorsement by our global membership "An Employer’s Guide to fair recruitment" the purpose of which is to serve as a resource tool for EMBOs to:

• help to upskill recruitment practices amongst their members
• improve their productivity outcomes
• avoid adverse harm to workers in line with the expectations of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
• improve their domestic recruitment market, as well as identify other resources that can be called upon.

We kindly ask you to submit your comments, feedback and/or endorsement by 22 November 2021 to allow us to officially record them. We’ll consider that the absence of comments equates to silent endorsement.
