Atelier pour le renforcement de l'autonomie des femmes dans le monde de l'entreprise

Les 10 et 11 décembre, à Casablanca, au Maroc, participez à cet atelier de l'OIE et de la CGEM pour évaluer les défis qui limitent la participation et l'avancement des femmes dans le monde de l'entreprise (en anglais).

This one-and-a-half-day workshop is co-organised by the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM), with the generous support of the European Union. The event will take place in Casablanca, Morocco, from 10-11 December and will bring together a diverse range of participants to address the challenges that hinder women's full participation and advancement in the business sector.

The workshop will also explore opportunities for women in senior management positions and the critical roles that companies, business, employers' organisations (EOs), and their partners can play in the following key areas: 

• Women Entrepreneurs: Challenges, opportunities, best practices, and the role of EOs, partners, and supporters. 

• Getting Women ‘on Board’: The business case for gender diversity. 

• Mentoring and Networking: Strategies to advance women in the labour market.
