Taller sobre la capacitación de las mujeres en la empresa

Este taller, coorganizado por la OIE y el CGEM con apoyo de la UE, del 10 al 11 de diciembre, en Casablanca (Marruecos), evaluará los retos que limitan la participación y el avance de las mujeres en la empresa. (en inglés)

This one-and-a-half-day workshop is co-organised by the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc (CGEM), with the generous support of the European Union. The event will take place in Casablanca, Morocco, from 10-11 December and will bring together a diverse range of participants to address the challenges that hinder women's full participation and advancement in the business sector.

The workshop will also explore opportunities for women in senior management positions and the critical roles that companies, business, employers' organisations (EOs), and their partners can play in the following key areas: 

• Women Entrepreneurs: Challenges, opportunities, best practices, and the role of EOs, partners, and supporters. 

• Getting Women ‘on Board’: The business case for gender diversity. 

• Mentoring and Networking: Strategies to advance women in the labour market.
